Soya Chicken

Soya chicken is the most healthy dish. Try and eat some healthy food

Soya Chicken

Hi friends! I am very sorry for the interval. I am very enjoy this Durga puja. I try very new recipy for you. but now I post my yammi healthi recipy.

Ingredients :


  1. Chicken (1 kg)
  2. Soya corn paste (4 tbsp)
  3. Onion paste( 5 big tbsp)
  4. Onion sliced ( 1)
  5. Ginger, Garlic paste (3/3 tbsp)
  6. Tomato sliced (big 2)
  7. Chili paste ( 2 tbsp)
  8. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Salt 
  11. Chopped coriander leaves ( 5 tbsp )
  12. Oil ( 3 tbsp)
  13. Rosted grammasala (1 tbsp)
Method:

  1. Soak the soya seeds/corn overnight.
  2. Paste the soya corn in your mixer.
  3. Take a nonstick pan and heat the oil.
  4. Fry the sliced onion crispy brown and take this another plate.
  5. Then add this oil onion, ginger, garlic paste.
  6. Add chopped tomato and chili paste.
  7. then add termaric powder and coriander powder.
  8. Add Soya paste and mix them properly.
  9. Then add chicken and coock 5 / 7 minute with low flame.
  10. Add water slightly and cover the pan within 10 minute.
  11. Open the pan and add chopped coriander leaves and garammasala and also covered the pan within 2 minute.
  12. Garnish with crispy onion and some chopped coriander leaves
