Chicken Tanduri |
Ingridients:
- Chicken Breast/leg pice (4 )
- Onion Paste (4 tbsp)
- Ginger, gaelic paste (2 tbsp)
- Pudina and coriander leaves paste (1:1 tbsp)
- Tomato paste (1 tbsp)
- Curd 4 (tbsp)
- Lime juice 2 tbsp)
- Red chilli paste (1 tbsp)
- Cinemon
- Peppecorns
- Green and brown coriander
- Cumin seeds
- Colves,
- Bay leaf.
- Chat masala powder( 1 tbsp)
- Black Paper powder (1 tbsp)
- Cumin powder (1/2tbsp)
- Termaric powder
- Salt
- Oil ( 2 tbsp)
Method:
- Hit the pan and rost the Green- brown pepricorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinamon, colves, peppercorns, bay leaves and griend in a mixer.
- Take a bowl and place the chicken, onion, ginger- garlic paste, pudina, coriander, tomato, chilli, chatmasala, black paper powder, cumin powder, Termaric powder, curd, salt, lime juice and oil and mix properly and marinate at 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken on a griller. You also coock it on a tandoor.
- Serve it green chatni /tomato sauce or onion ring.
