Chicken Roll |
Ingredients:
- Choppped the boneless chicken finely (200)
- Maida (2 cup)
- Chopped onion (big 1)
- Chopped capcicum (big 1)
- Chopped cabbage (1 cup)
- Ginger, gerlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Red chili powder (1/2 tbsp)
- Amchoor powder (1 tbsp)
- Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
- Black paper powder
- Oil
- Salt
- sugar
Meyhod:
- Take a maida add some oil, sugar and salt and mix them properly.
- Add Slight warm water or make smooth dough and cover it the moist cloths after 10 minute.
- Hit the oil and add chopped onion golden brown.
- Next add chopped cabbage, capcicum and sotte this in a few minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic paste, amchoor powder, coriander powder, black paper powder.
- Add chicken and cook after 5 minute.
- Add some water and cover the pan after 10 minutes.
- When the stuffuing is ready make some dough ball and make a big chappati.
- Take a tawa and add some oil. placed a chappati on the tawa and cook both side light brown.
- Add the stuffing on the chapati and make a roll.
- Serve hot with sauce.
