Chicken Roll

 Chicken Roll
Chicken roll is very popular fastfood item. If you don't choice to go at hotel you try my recipy in your home. It is so easy to prepare. 

Ingredients:

  1. Choppped the boneless chicken finely (200)
  2. Maida (2 cup)
  3. Chopped onion (big 1)
  4. Chopped capcicum (big 1)
  5. Chopped cabbage (1 cup)
  6. Ginger, gerlic paste (1 tbsp)
  7. Red chili powder (1/2 tbsp)
  8. Amchoor powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Black paper powder
  11. Oil
  12. Salt
  13. sugar
Meyhod:

  1. Take a maida add some oil, sugar and salt and mix them properly.
  2. Add Slight warm water or make smooth dough and cover it the moist cloths after 10 minute.
  3. Hit the oil and add chopped onion golden brown.
  4. Next add chopped cabbage, capcicum and sotte this in a few minutes.
  5. Add ginger, garlic paste, amchoor powder, coriander powder, black paper powder.
  6. Add chicken and cook after 5 minute.
  7. Add some water and cover the pan after 10 minutes.
  8. When the stuffuing is ready make some dough ball and make a big chappati.
  9. Take a tawa and add some oil. placed a chappati on the tawa and cook both side light brown.
  10. Add the stuffing on the chapati and make a roll.
  11. Serve hot with sauce.

Chicken Momo

Chicken Momo
Chicken momo is the most popular dish all of us. If you try it at your home? I share my recipy. 

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped Boneless chicken . (300 gr.)
  2. Maida. (5 cup)
  3. Chopped onion (1 cup),ginger, gerlic (1 tbsp), cabbage (1 cup), capcicum (1 cup)and chilly (2tbsp) for stuffing. 
  4. Amchoor powder. (1/2 tbsp)
  5. Coriander leaves paste. (2 tbsp)
  6. Chilli Sauce
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

Method:

  1. Slightly boil the chicken with salt.
  2. Take a maida and add oil or salt in a bowl and dough it.
  3. Rest the maida near about 1 hour.
  4. Hit a pan and sotte the chopped all vegetable light brown.
  5. Add boiled chicken and also sotte both properly.
  6. Roll the dough and make small puri.
  7. Pore the stuffing into the dough and peste the edge very properly.
  8. Take it into a stemar near about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve it hot with chili Sauce.
