Chicken Mughlai |
Chicken Mughlai is a very authentic, delicious and rich item. It is a ocational food. But try the royal recipy in your home in a easy step.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken (without skin 1 kg)
- Onion (big 3), garlic, ginger (2 tbsp) Chili (1 tbsp) paste
- Termaric powder ( 1 tbsp)
- Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
- Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
- Lime juice (1/2 cup)
- Kashmiri chili powder (1 tbsp)
- Garam masala powder (1 tbsp)
- Cinnamon stick (1 )
- Cardamom (3)
- Kasu and almond (skinless) paste (2 tbsp)
- Chicken stock (2 cup)
- Fresh cream (4 tbsp)
- Ghee (4 tbsp)
- Greted almonds
- Salt
Method:
- Take a pan and hit the 4 tbsp ghee and put the cinnamon stick and cardamom.
- Fry the onion slight brown in this ghee.
- Place the ginger- garlic paste, chilli paste and slight sotte.
- Add termaric, coriander,cumin and kashmiri chili powder and mix well.
- Fry the chicken with in this mixture.
- Add stock and salt and the chicken coocked..
- Add kasu, almond paste and fresh cream. and coocked sometime.
- Turn off the oven and put garam masala.
- Cover the pan and serve after few minutes
- Garnish some greted almonds.
