Chicken Green Moong Dal |
We all know green mongdal is very healthy. I add chicken kima with moong dal. The making of whole recipy is very quick and the teste is authentic.
Ingridients:
- Chicken kima (250)
- Green moong dal (500)
- Chopped Onion (big 2)
- Greted ginger ( 2 tbsp)
- Chopped Garlic (1 bsp)
- Chopped Chilli ( 2 tbsp)
- Chopped tomato. (big 1)
- Casuri methi ( 2 tbsp)
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
- Cassia Leaf
- Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
- Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
- Cumin powder (2 tbsp)
- Tadrka masala powder ( 4 tbsp)
- Black paper powder( 1 tbsp)
- Gram masala powder (1 tbsp)
- Oil
- Salt
Method:
- Boiled the moong dal in a coocker in a salt..
- Hit the pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Place the chicken kima or salt and sotte 5 minute. Outside the chicken kima into the pan.
- Add 2 tbsp oil and put cassia leafs, cumin seeds ,chopped chilli and sotte slightly.
- Add chopped onion and coock golden brown.
- Add chopped tomato, greted ginger, chopped garlic and also sotte few minute.
- Place the termaric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tadrka masala powder, black paper powder, and slight water and mix them properly.
- After 1 minute boiling place the boiled mong dal chicken kima, chopped coriander, kasuri methi, gram masala and cover the pan.
- 5 minutes latter open the pan.
- Garnish some chopped coriander leaves.
