Chicken Green Moong Dal

We all know green mongdal is very healthy. I add chicken kima with moong dal. The making of whole recipy is very quick and the teste is authentic.

Ingridients:

  1. Chicken kima (250)
  2. Green moong dal (500)
  3. Chopped Onion (big 2) 
  4. Greted ginger ( 2 tbsp)
  5. Chopped Garlic (1 bsp)
  6. Chopped Chilli ( 2 tbsp)
  7. Chopped tomato. (big 1)
  8. Casuri methi ( 2 tbsp)
  9. Chopped coriander leaves
  10. Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
  11. Cassia Leaf 
  12. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  13. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  14. Cumin powder (2 tbsp)
  15. Tadrka masala powder ( 4 tbsp)
  16. Black paper powder( 1 tbsp)
  17. Gram masala powder (1 tbsp)
  18. Oil 
  19. Salt
Method:
  1. Boiled the moong dal in a coocker in a salt..
  2. Hit the pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Place the chicken kima or salt and sotte 5 minute. Outside the chicken kima into the pan.
  3. Add 2 tbsp oil and put cassia leafs, cumin seeds ,chopped chilli and sotte slightly.
  4. Add chopped onion and coock golden brown. 
  5. Add chopped tomato, greted ginger, chopped garlic and also sotte few minute.
  6. Place the termaric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tadrka masala powder, black paper powder, and slight water and mix them properly.
  7. After 1 minute boiling place the boiled mong dal chicken kima, chopped coriander, kasuri methi, gram masala and cover the pan.
  8.  5 minutes latter open the pan.
  9. Garnish some chopped coriander leaves.
