Chicken Potato Kofta With Gravy


Chicken potato kofta with gravy ia a very delisious and very mouthwatering, tasty item. The process of making is quite dificult but I try to solve this problem. So try it in your home.

Chicken Potato Kofta With Gravy


Ingridients:

  1. Boneless Chicken (250)
  2. Potato ( midium 8)
  3. Onion paste (big 2)
  4. Capcicum paste ( big 1)
  5. Tomato puri (1 tbsp)
  6. Ginger, garlic paste (4 tbsp)
  7. Coriander leaves paste (2 tbsp)
  8. Chopped Pudina paste (1 tbsp)
  9. Chopped Coriander leaves
  10. Kasu Paste 4 tbsp)
  11. Aginomoto paste ( 2 tbsp)
  12. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  13. Coriander powder. (1 tbsp)
  14. Chat Masala powder(1/2 tbsp)
  15. Amchoor paoder (1/2 tbsp)
  16. Blackpaper powder (1 tbsp)
  17. Rosted garam masala (1 tbsp)
  18. Sugar ( 2 bsp)
  19. Corn flower (3 tbsp)
  20. Oil
  21. Salt
Method:

  1. Clean the skin properly the potatos and wash properly.
  2. Take a spoon and hole under of the potatos.
  3. Small cut the chicken  and paste in the mixer.
  4. The paste open in a bowl and mix with onion (4 tbsp), ginger, garlic (2 tbsp) coriander and pudina leaves paste,chatmasala,blackpaper and salt properly.
  5. Pore the mixture into the potato and cover the end tightly with slight corn flower dough.(Take some corn flower and some water and dough tightly.)
  6. High hit the oil and deep fry the potato golden brown.
  7. Take a another pan and put some oil. Place onion,ginger- garlic, capcicum paste and sotte.
  8.  Add tomato puri and kasu, ajinimoto paste and mix them into low flame.
  9.  Add Termaric powder,coriander powder, amchoor powder, salt and some water.
  10. Place the fry potato, sugar, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves and cover the pan after 15 minutes.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
