Vegitable Chicken Corn Soup

When I try to make verious recipy I think to make some soup item. Try this 20 minutes recipy.

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless Chicken Cut small pice. (258g)
  2. Carrot, Bins, mashroom, onion, baby corn, red capcicum, tomato,coriander leaves ( you also add any veg as your choice)  cut small pices.
  3. Greted ginger,garlic.(1 tbsp)
  4. Fresh cream. (2 tbsp)
  5. Custerd milk. 1 cup)
  6. Termaric powder. (1 tbsp)
  7. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  8. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Elachi powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Blackpaper powder (1 tbsp)
  11. Salt
  12. Vegitable oil
Method:
  1. Take a nonstic pan and heat some oil and sotte all vegetable pices.
  2. Next add chicken, greted ginger, garlic paste and also sotte.
  3. Add termaric, cumin, coriander elachi, blackpaper powder and add salt.
  4. Add some water and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Open the pan and add milkmade and also cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  6. Off your oven and garnish with fresh cream.

Chicken Samosa

We all know that samosa are most popular snacks.Chicken samosa most yammi snacks for your tea time. 

Chicken Samosa
When you think to organised a tea party are you not add some snacks item? I think this recipy prefer your friends or reletives. Try and watch. (Serve 6 people)

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Potato (big 2)
  2. Maida (2 cup)
  3. Chopped boneless chicken
  4. Finely chopped onion (1)
  5. Greted ginger (1/2 tbsp)
  6. Oil
  7. Green chili peste (1/2 tbsp)
  8. Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  9. Rosted coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  11. Garam masala (1 tbsp)
  12. Chopped Coriander leaves ( 3 tbsp)
  13. Ghee
  14. Ajwain
  15. salt
Method:
  1. Slight boiled the chicken with salt.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the maida with salt, ghee, ajwain.
  3. Add slight boiled water to make a dough and rest 10 /15 minutes.
  4. When the maida rest take a another bowl and smash the boiled potato and add chopped onion, greted ginger, lemon juice, chili paste, cumin and coriander powder, garammasala, chopped coriander leaves, boiled chicken and smash them properly.Stuffing is ready.
  5. Devide the dough and shape into a ball.
  6. Take a rollar and make a puri. 
  7. Take a Knife and devided the puri at the center.
  8. Half puri fold in the triangle shape and pore the stuffing.
  9. Take a some water with your hands and seal the puri edges.
  10. High hit the oil and deep fry the samosa golden brown.
  11. Serve with tomato sauce and coriander leaves.

Hi friends! I am very sorry for the interval. I am very enjoy this Durga puja. I try very new recipy for you. but now I post my yammi healthi recipy.

Ingredients :


  1. Chicken (1 kg)
  2. Soya corn paste (4 tbsp)
  3. Onion paste( 5 big tbsp)
  4. Onion sliced ( 1)
  5. Ginger, Garlic paste (3/3 tbsp)
  6. Tomato sliced (big 2)
  7. Chili paste ( 2 tbsp)
  8. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Salt 
  11. Chopped coriander leaves ( 5 tbsp )
  12. Oil ( 3 tbsp)
  13. Rosted grammasala (1 tbsp)
Method:

  1. Soak the soya seeds/corn overnight.
  2. Paste the soya corn in your mixer.
  3. Take a nonstick pan and heat the oil.
  4. Fry the sliced onion crispy brown and take this another plate.
  5. Then add this oil onion, ginger, garlic paste.
  6. Add chopped tomato and chili paste.
  7. then add termaric powder and coriander powder.
  8. Add Soya paste and mix them properly.
  9. Then add chicken and coock 5 / 7 minute with low flame.
  10. Add water slightly and cover the pan within 10 minute.
  11. Open the pan and add chopped coriander leaves and garammasala and also covered the pan within 2 minute.
  12. Garnish with crispy onion and some chopped coriander leaves

Chicken Nabaratna Pulao


Last week suddenly my some reletives visit my home at 12 p.m.  I realy shocked how I coocked! This is a very short time for coocking. I got some idia for fast and testy coocking. I share you my 1/2 hour recipe.

Ingredrients
  1. Basmati rice (1 kg)
  2. Boneless chicken cut small pices (1 kg)
  3. Sliced Caroot (big 2)
  4. Sliced beans ( 200 gram)
  5. Sliced papaia (small 1)
  6. Sliced coly flower (small 1)
  7. Sliced capcicum (big 2)
  8. Pea (2 cup)
  9. Sliced botton Mashroom (400 gram)
  10. Kasu and Kishmish (200 gram)
  11. Sliced onion (4 big)
  12. Finely chopped ginger and gerlic
  13. Cumin seeds (2 tbsp)
  14. Sticks of cinnamon (3-4)
  15.  Back paper corns (few)
  16. Termaric powder ( 2 tbsp)
  17. coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  18. Ghee 
  19. Sugar
  20. salt
Method
  1. Wash rice properly and boiled it water and salt ( not overcoock).
  2. Spread 1 tbsp ghee and sugar all the rice and mix them.
  3. Take a pan and boild the chicken with salt, termaric powder and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Low hit the pot and add ghee. Next add cinnamon sticks , black paper corns and cumin seeds (fry light brown),then add sliced onion and fry golden brown, add Sliced caroot, beans, coly flower, capcicum, pea, mashromm and sotte.
  5. Then add ginger, garlic paste, termaric powder, coriander powder, salt.
  6. Add some water for gravy. 
  7. When the vegetables coocked add the boiled chicken and mix them properly.
  8. Now add boiled rice and again mix properly.
  9. Add kasu - kishmish and some ghee.
  10. Cover your pot in a few minutes.
  11. Serve always when it is hot.

Chicken masoor dal is a very yummy healthy item. Try it your kitchen.

I thought something new cooked for my family. Musur dal is very good for health.  But my son don't like this. When I coocked chicken musur dal they was very happy and don't argue.

Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken (1 kg)
  2. Masoor dal (1 1/2) cup
  3. Chopped tomato (big 3)
  4. Chopped onion (big 3)
  5. Ginger, garlic paste (2 tbsp)
  6. Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
  7. Grated coconut (1 cup)
  8. Chopped chilli (1 tbsp)
  9. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Chilli powder (1/2 tbsp)
  11. Chopped fresh coriander leaves ( 3-4 tbsp)
  12. Sliced caroot (1 cup)
  13. Oil ( 2 tbsp)
  14. Garam masala (1 tbsp)
  15. Ghee (2 tbsp)
  16. Salt 
Method

  1. Washed masoor dal properly.
  2. Take a coocker and slightly boil the boneless chicken.
  3. Take a another pot and heat the oil and add cumin seeds and become a lite brown.
  4. Then fry chopped onion slite brown and also add chopped tomato, caroot, chilli.
  5. Add ginger, garlic paste , termaric powder or chilli powder.
  6. Next add Boiled Chickeand and mix them properly.
  7. Next add massoor dal, greted coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Add salt and coocked 1/2 hour of low flame. 
  9. Add ghee and garam masala.
  10. Gernish fresh coriander leaves.

Chicken Popcorn

Chicken Popcorn is most popular recipe, but when I try something new this was very amazing and so so testy. 

Ingredients

  1. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 cup cornflekes
  3. 1 tbsp baking powder
  4. 11/2 cup butter milk
  5. 1 tbsp blackpaper
  6. 1/2 tbsp turmaric powder
  7. 1 tbsp dried origano
  8. vegetable oil
  9. salt
Method

  1. Cut boneless chicken equal pices.
  2. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with butter milk, turmaric powder,salt and chill minimum 1 hour.
  3. Take a bowl and mix the baking powder, blackpaper, dried origano, cornflekes.
  4. Take a large pot and hit the oil midium flame.
  5. Cover the marinate chicken with baking powder, black paper, dried origano, cornflekes mixture.
  6. Then deep fry the chicken untill golden colour.
  7. Serve with tomato, green or white sauce.

Masala Butter Chicken

The Butter Chicken are very mouth watering food . But it its a long proses to prepare. But now I share my most easy step for you. 


Butter Chicken 

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless chicken (1 kg)
  2. Copped onion (Big 3)
  3. Ginger - gerlic paste (2 tbsp)
  4. Chopped tomato (big 1)
  5. Tomato puri (2 tbsp)
  6. Lemon Juice (1 lime)
  7. Dry casuri methi (2 tbsp)
  8. Red Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Colvs (6)
  10. Bay Leaves (1)
  11. Almand or Kazu paste (4 tbsp)
  12. Coriander powder (2 tbsp)
  13. Termaric powder (1 pinch)
  14. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  15. Cinnamon (3/4)
  16. Peppercorns (10)
  17. Butter (300 gram)
  18. Chicken stock (1 ltr)
  19.  Finely Chopped coriander leaves
  20. Aginamoto paste (2 tbsp)
  21. Salte for teste
  22. Refine oil
  23. Greted chease for garnish (2 tbsp) 

Method :

  1. Take a big bowl and marinete the boneless Chicken with salt, chilli powder and lime juice for 1 hour.
  2. Rost cinnamon,peppercorns, bay leaves, colvs and griend.
  3. Fry chopped onoin light brown and add ginger - garlic paste.
  4. Add kasurimathi and Chopped tomato and tomato puri and mix very well.
  5. Then add termaric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
  6. Add marineted chicken.
  7. Add almand - kazu paste and aginomoto paste and mix well.
  8. Then add chicken stock and boil low fame.
  9. Add the rosted cinnamon,peppercorns, bay leaves, colvs.
  10. Add butter and boil a few minuts.
  11. When you serve add the chopped coriander and greted chease.
