Chicken masoor dal is a very yummy healthy item. Try it your kitchen.
I thought something new cooked for my family. Musur dal is very good for health. But my son don't like this. When I coocked chicken musur dal they was very happy and don't argue.

- Boneless Chicken (1 kg)
- Masoor dal (1 1/2) cup
- Chopped tomato (big 3)
- Chopped onion (big 3)
- Ginger, garlic paste (2 tbsp)
- Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
- Grated coconut (1 cup)
- Chopped chilli (1 tbsp)
- Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
- Chilli powder (1/2 tbsp)
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves ( 3-4 tbsp)
- Sliced caroot (1 cup)
- Oil ( 2 tbsp)
- Garam masala (1 tbsp)
- Ghee (2 tbsp)
- Salt
- Washed masoor dal properly.
- Take a coocker and slightly boil the boneless chicken.
- Take a another pot and heat the oil and add cumin seeds and become a lite brown.
- Then fry chopped onion slite brown and also add chopped tomato, caroot, chilli.
- Add ginger, garlic paste , termaric powder or chilli powder.
- Next add Boiled Chickeand and mix them properly.
- Next add massoor dal, greted coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add salt and coocked 1/2 hour of low flame.
- Add ghee and garam masala.
- Gernish fresh coriander leaves.
