Chicken Masoor dal

Chicken masoor dal is a very yummy healthy item. Try it your kitchen.


Chicken Masoor dal
I thought something new cooked for my family. Musur dal is very good for health.  But my son don't like this. When I coocked chicken musur dal they was very happy and don't argue.

Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken (1 kg)
  2. Masoor dal (1 1/2) cup
  3. Chopped tomato (big 3)
  4. Chopped onion (big 3)
  5. Ginger, garlic paste (2 tbsp)
  6. Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
  7. Grated coconut (1 cup)
  8. Chopped chilli (1 tbsp)
  9. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Chilli powder (1/2 tbsp)
  11. Chopped fresh coriander leaves ( 3-4 tbsp)
  12. Sliced caroot (1 cup)
  13. Oil ( 2 tbsp)
  14. Garam masala (1 tbsp)
  15. Ghee (2 tbsp)
  16. Salt 
Method

  1. Washed masoor dal properly.
  2. Take a coocker and slightly boil the boneless chicken.
  3. Take a another pot and heat the oil and add cumin seeds and become a lite brown.
  4. Then fry chopped onion slite brown and also add chopped tomato, caroot, chilli.
  5. Add ginger, garlic paste , termaric powder or chilli powder.
  6. Next add Boiled Chickeand and mix them properly.
  7. Next add massoor dal, greted coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Add salt and coocked 1/2 hour of low flame. 
  9. Add ghee and garam masala.
  10. Gernish fresh coriander leaves.
