Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice is a very delicious Item. It is a compleate meal. The Whole prosses of making is very easy. I share it step by step.


Ingridients:


  1. Basmoti rice (250 gr.)
  2. Boneless chicken cut into small pices ( 250 gr.)
  3. Eggs (2)
  4. Chopped onions (big 2)
  5. Chopped green onions ( 2 cup)
  6. Sliced carrots (big 2)
  7. Sliced capcicums (Big 1)
  8. Peas (200 gr)
  9. Greted gingers (2 tbsp)
  10. Finely chopped garlics (1 tbsp)
  11. Vegetable oil. (5 tbsp)
  12. Soy sauce ( 1 tbsp)
  13. Black paper powder( 1 tbsp)
  14. Lime juice ( 4 tbsp)
  15. Ghee (2 tbsp)
  16. Cardamom (5 pices)
  17. Cinnamon (3 pices)
  18. Coles (5 pices)
  19. Cassia Leaf (5 pices)
  20. Salt
Method:
  1. Boiled the rice ( not over coock) with salt. When It was cooled take 1 tbsp ghee in your hand and mix the rice properly.
  2. Hit a big nonstick pan. Add 2 tbsp oil. 
  3. Place chicken pice and some salt and sotte golden brown. Outside the chicken into the pan.
  4. Next add also 2 tbsp oil into the pan and put chopped onion golden brown.
  5. Add sliced carrots, capcicums, chopped green onions, peas and sotte with some salt and black paper powder.
  6. Broke the egg and mix some salt. 
  7. When the vegetables was soft outside it and add 1 tbsp oil or place the egg and chopped.
  8. When it is coocked, add the fried chicken and vegetables and mix them well.
  9. Outside the whole mixture.
  10. Place 1 tbsp ghee in your pan and put caramom, cinnamon, coles, cassia leaf and slight sotte.
  11. Add the boiled rice and whole mixture and mix them very well.
  12. Serve it hot.

Chicken Nabaratna Pulao


Last week suddenly my some reletives visit my home at 12 p.m.  I realy shocked how I coocked! This is a very short time for coocking. I got some idia for fast and testy coocking. I share you my 1/2 hour recipe.

Ingredrients
  1. Basmati rice (1 kg)
  2. Boneless chicken cut small pices (1 kg)
  3. Sliced Caroot (big 2)
  4. Sliced beans ( 200 gram)
  5. Sliced papaia (small 1)
  6. Sliced coly flower (small 1)
  7. Sliced capcicum (big 2)
  8. Pea (2 cup)
  9. Sliced botton Mashroom (400 gram)
  10. Kasu and Kishmish (200 gram)
  11. Sliced onion (4 big)
  12. Finely chopped ginger and gerlic
  13. Cumin seeds (2 tbsp)
  14. Sticks of cinnamon (3-4)
  15.  Back paper corns (few)
  16. Termaric powder ( 2 tbsp)
  17. coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  18. Ghee 
  19. Sugar
  20. salt
Method
  1. Wash rice properly and boiled it water and salt ( not overcoock).
  2. Spread 1 tbsp ghee and sugar all the rice and mix them.
  3. Take a pan and boild the chicken with salt, termaric powder and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Low hit the pot and add ghee. Next add cinnamon sticks , black paper corns and cumin seeds (fry light brown),then add sliced onion and fry golden brown, add Sliced caroot, beans, coly flower, capcicum, pea, mashromm and sotte.
  5. Then add ginger, garlic paste, termaric powder, coriander powder, salt.
  6. Add some water for gravy. 
  7. When the vegetables coocked add the boiled chicken and mix them properly.
  8. Now add boiled rice and again mix properly.
  9. Add kasu - kishmish and some ghee.
  10. Cover your pot in a few minutes.
  11. Serve always when it is hot.

Green Chicken Biriyani



Briyani is very popular dish all of us. But green chiken briyani is so different of teste our daily briyani. So, try and get response. 


Green Biriani

Chicken Briyani is most popular and easily coocked item. I reserch many biriyani recipe. When I think to make green chicken biriyani, I wont fit under the authentic but traditional teste. I tried my level best. When I teste this , the flavour of mint and coriender make so different teste to any other normal biriyani. When you addapt any normal recipe, I think you create something new. Because, coocking is also an art.

Ingrdients :
  1. Basmoti rice ( 3 cups)
  2. Chicken legs (1 kg)
  3. Large bunch mint and coriander (near about 200 grm)
  4. Sliced chopped onion (big 4)
  5. Ginger-garlic paste (2 tbsp)
  6. Colvs (4)
  7. Coconut milk (3 cup)
  8. Oil
  9. Termaric (2 pinch)
  10. Salt
Method :
  1. First boil the basmati rice with some salt.
  2. Sliced onion, colve, ginger-garlic paste sote and boil chicken with 3 cup of water with termaric,and salte.(dry the chicken)
  3. take a mixer and paste the coriander-mint leaves.
  4. Hit a stemer/pressar coocker/pot and also sote Sliced onion, colve, ginger-garlic paste and coriander-mint paste.
  5. Then mix the rice and Chicken and add 3 cups coconut milk.
  6. Cover your pot tightly and steam near about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with finely chopped coriander or garnish a small mint leaves.
