Last week suddenly my some reletives visit my home at 12 p.m. I realy shocked how I coocked! This is a very short time for coocking. I got some idia for fast and testy coocking. I share you my 1/2 hour recipe.
Ingredrients
- Basmati rice (1 kg)
- Boneless chicken cut small pices (1 kg)
- Sliced Caroot (big 2)
- Sliced beans ( 200 gram)
- Sliced papaia (small 1)
- Sliced coly flower (small 1)
- Sliced capcicum (big 2)
- Pea (2 cup)
- Sliced botton Mashroom (400 gram)
- Kasu and Kishmish (200 gram)
- Sliced onion (4 big)
- Finely chopped ginger and gerlic
- Cumin seeds (2 tbsp)
- Sticks of cinnamon (3-4)
- Back paper corns (few)
- Termaric powder ( 2 tbsp)
- coriander powder (1 tbsp)
- Ghee
- Sugar
- salt
Method
- Wash rice properly and boiled it water and salt ( not overcoock).
- Spread 1 tbsp ghee and sugar all the rice and mix them.
- Take a pan and boild the chicken with salt, termaric powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Low hit the pot and add ghee. Next add cinnamon sticks , black paper corns and cumin seeds (fry light brown),then add sliced onion and fry golden brown, add Sliced caroot, beans, coly flower, capcicum, pea, mashromm and sotte.
- Then add ginger, garlic paste, termaric powder, coriander powder, salt.
- Add some water for gravy.
- When the vegetables coocked add the boiled chicken and mix them properly.
- Now add boiled rice and again mix properly.
- Add kasu - kishmish and some ghee.
- Cover your pot in a few minutes.
- Serve always when it is hot.
