Masala Butter Chicken

The Butter Chicken are very mouth watering food . But it its a long proses to prepare. But now I share my most easy step for you. 


Butter Chicken 

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless chicken (1 kg)
  2. Copped onion (Big 3)
  3. Ginger - gerlic paste (2 tbsp)
  4. Chopped tomato (big 1)
  5. Tomato puri (2 tbsp)
  6. Lemon Juice (1 lime)
  7. Dry casuri methi (2 tbsp)
  8. Red Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Colvs (6)
  10. Bay Leaves (1)
  11. Almand or Kazu paste (4 tbsp)
  12. Coriander powder (2 tbsp)
  13. Termaric powder (1 pinch)
  14. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  15. Cinnamon (3/4)
  16. Peppercorns (10)
  17. Butter (300 gram)
  18. Chicken stock (1 ltr)
  19.  Finely Chopped coriander leaves
  20. Aginamoto paste (2 tbsp)
  21. Salte for teste
  22. Refine oil
  23. Greted chease for garnish (2 tbsp) 

Method :

  1. Take a big bowl and marinete the boneless Chicken with salt, chilli powder and lime juice for 1 hour.
  2. Rost cinnamon,peppercorns, bay leaves, colvs and griend.
  3. Fry chopped onoin light brown and add ginger - garlic paste.
  4. Add kasurimathi and Chopped tomato and tomato puri and mix very well.
  5. Then add termaric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
  6. Add marineted chicken.
  7. Add almand - kazu paste and aginomoto paste and mix well.
  8. Then add chicken stock and boil low fame.
  9. Add the rosted cinnamon,peppercorns, bay leaves, colvs.
  10. Add butter and boil a few minuts.
  11. When you serve add the chopped coriander and greted chease.
