Masala Butter Chicken

The Butter Chicken are very mouth watering food . But it its a long proses to prepare. But now I share my most easy step for you. 


Butter Chicken 

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless chicken (1 kg)
  2. Copped onion (Big 3)
  3. Ginger - gerlic paste (2 tbsp)
  4. Chopped tomato (big 1)
  5. Tomato puri (2 tbsp)
  6. Lemon Juice (1 lime)
  7. Dry casuri methi (2 tbsp)
  8. Red Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Colvs (6)
  10. Bay Leaves (1)
  11. Almand or Kazu paste (4 tbsp)
  12. Coriander powder (2 tbsp)
  13. Termaric powder (1 pinch)
  14. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  15. Cinnamon (3/4)
  16. Peppercorns (10)
  17. Butter (300 gram)
  18. Chicken stock (1 ltr)
  19.  Finely Chopped coriander leaves
  20. Aginamoto paste (2 tbsp)
  21. Salte for teste
  22. Refine oil
  23. Greted chease for garnish (2 tbsp) 

Method :

  1. Take a big bowl and marinete the boneless Chicken with salt, chilli powder and lime juice for 1 hour.
  2. Rost cinnamon,peppercorns, bay leaves, colvs and griend.
  3. Fry chopped onoin light brown and add ginger - garlic paste.
  4. Add kasurimathi and Chopped tomato and tomato puri and mix very well.
  5. Then add termaric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
  6. Add marineted chicken.
  7. Add almand - kazu paste and aginomoto paste and mix well.
  8. Then add chicken stock and boil low fame.
  9. Add the rosted cinnamon,peppercorns, bay leaves, colvs.
  10. Add butter and boil a few minuts.
  11. When you serve add the chopped coriander and greted chease.

Green Chicken Biriyani



Briyani is very popular dish all of us. But green chiken briyani is so different of teste our daily briyani. So, try and get response. 


Green Biriani

Chicken Briyani is most popular and easily coocked item. I reserch many biriyani recipe. When I think to make green chicken biriyani, I wont fit under the authentic but traditional teste. I tried my level best. When I teste this , the flavour of mint and coriender make so different teste to any other normal biriyani. When you addapt any normal recipe, I think you create something new. Because, coocking is also an art.

Ingrdients :
  1. Basmoti rice ( 3 cups)
  2. Chicken legs (1 kg)
  3. Large bunch mint and coriander (near about 200 grm)
  4. Sliced chopped onion (big 4)
  5. Ginger-garlic paste (2 tbsp)
  6. Colvs (4)
  7. Coconut milk (3 cup)
  8. Oil
  9. Termaric (2 pinch)
  10. Salt
Method :
  1. First boil the basmati rice with some salt.
  2. Sliced onion, colve, ginger-garlic paste sote and boil chicken with 3 cup of water with termaric,and salte.(dry the chicken)
  3. take a mixer and paste the coriander-mint leaves.
  4. Hit a stemer/pressar coocker/pot and also sote Sliced onion, colve, ginger-garlic paste and coriander-mint paste.
  5. Then mix the rice and Chicken and add 3 cups coconut milk.
  6. Cover your pot tightly and steam near about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with finely chopped coriander or garnish a small mint leaves.

If you bore your daily brekfast? If your family bore your daily homemade brekfast? If you not want to cook new recipe? My husband and my son every sunday wont some new brekfast or lunch. But I think how I manage. I am big fan of easy coocking. So I research new fast testy coocking. I think bread is a most popular meal in our breakfast. So, when I made tikka sandwich, my family was very happy and it was so simple to coock. Coocking is most important part of your happiness, are you not agree? So, my friends try this recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Chiken Tikka
  2. Butter
  3. Coriander-mint chutney (5 tbsp)
  4. Sandwich bread
  5. 1 lime 
  6. Chat masala (1 tbsp)
  7. Slice ring shape onion.
Method:
  1. The bread lay and cut it middle.
  2. Cover the bread with butter and coriander-mint chatny.
  3. Onion cut ring shape and take a bowl and mix onion with lime juice or chat masala.
  4. Chicken tikka slice and put the middle of bread.
  5. Then put onion mix and serve.

Healthy Chicken Soup

Meny recipe for chicken noodle soup as there are people who enjoy it. This is the most comon and comfort food in my life. When I am a student, my mother always made many kind of soup. But I Love this soup.It is a simple and beautiful and so yummy recipy. Chicken with rice noodles is a complete meal. Try this Japanis recipy. 

Serve about 4 people

Ingredients:

  1. Sliced onion (1)
  2. Carrots (150 grams)
  3. Rice noodles (60 grams)
  4. Chicken stock (12 liter)
  5. Small cut 4 boneless chicken breasts
  6. Vegetable oil (4tbsp)
  7. Chopped garlic (3 colves)
  8. Salt and fresh black paper
  9. Lime juice
  10. Finely chopped 2 peppers
  11. Soya sauce (1tbsp)
  12. Chopped coriander leaves(3tbsp)
  13. Fish sauce (1tbsp)
  14. Small bean sprouts
  15. 4 Chopped fresh basil leaves
Method:

  1. High heat the oil in a large pot.
  2. Sote the sliced onion, pepper and chopped garlic for 3 minutes.
  3.  Add chicken stock and shredded carrots and slowly boil.
  4. Wait just a minutes then add the boneless chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Next add the rice noodles and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the pot on the heat and mix the lime juice.
  7. Serve with bit of bean sprouts,basil leaves and coriender leaves.

Fried Chicken With Tomato Sauce

Are you quickly made fried chicken. Deep fried marinated chicken with tomato chili sauce is very different test. 



Fried Chicken 

Last Sunday I organized a small tea party in my home. When we organised a party a big quantity food prepare all of us. If you not think how many houres you spend in your kitchen? I don't want to spend many houre in my kitchen.So I made some quick, spicy, testy recipy in my party. If you not spend hour and hour in your kitchen try this item. I mention here to Serve about 4 people, but if you made the recipe in a large quantity you calculate that ingerdients. 

Ingredients:
  1. 1 kg chicken 
  2. 1tbsp lemon juice
  3. 2tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. 2tbsp green chili paste
  5. 1/2tbsp termaric powder
  6. 1/2tbsp red chili powder
  7. 2 cups tomato puree
  8. Salt
  9. Oil
  10. 2tbsp Coriender leaves
Method:
  1. Take a large bowl and marinate chicken , ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salte, red chili powder, turmaric powder for half an hour.
  2. Deep fry the marinated chicken midium heat.
  3. Take a nonstik pan and heat 2tsp oil on medium heat and add tomato puree or green chili paste and mix well for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chicken pieces and mix for 5 minutes. 
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Popular chinese dish. But I adapted in  some different juci flavour .Try it.


Chili Chicken

I am sure you all now in festive celibration mood. So I wanted to collect some recipe for you as well. I ask you something---- if you order chili chicken in a resturant during your school/college day, birthday, anniversary day etc. etc.? I think this is most common menu in our life. when you get party in resturent are you not think on your resturent bill? Why you don't try this in your home? If you think to prepare this recipe in your home ,I share my Indian chili chicken recipe for you. Serve for 4 people with fried rice or noodles. 

Ingredients:
  1. 1kg boneless chicken.
  2. egg
  3. Ginger
  4. Garlic
  5. Onion
  6. Green chilli
  7. cornflour
  8. Soya sauce 
  9. Black paper powder
  10. Ajinomoto
  11. oil
  12. salte 
  13. sugar
  14. coriander leaves
  15. Capcicum
  16. spring onion
Method:
  1. Take a bowl and marinate the boneless chicken in 1tsp soya sauce, salte, egg and 1tsp cornflour 1 hour.
  2. Then deep fry till light brown.
  3.  onion, garlic, ginger, capcicum, spring onion or green chilli finely chopped and toss for 2 minutes.
  4. Add sugar, 1\2 tsp black paper powder, 1 pinch aginomoto,salte and 1tsp  soya sauce.
  5. Add fried chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Delicious Lime & coconut Chiken Recipy

Coconut Lime Chicken

Now a time everyone is health concious. We all know many kind of chicken recipy. I told you I am big fan of easy and simple recipe. But I always thought how I maintain our family health. Because most of testy food are not healthy. When I research many kind of chicken recipy I saw this recipe. When I made this the new flevour of chicken was very enjoy my family and friends. This is the most testy, healthy and authentic dish. Serve 4 member.
Ingrdients:
  1. 4x250g chicken legs.
  2. 1 lime juice.
  3. 4 tbs cream of coconut.
  4. 2 green chillis.
  5. 2 garlic colves.
  6. 1 tbsp chopped leaves of lime or greted zest of 1 lime.
  7. 3 tbsp thai fish sauce.
  8. 4 banana leaves / foilling paper.
  9. Fresh coriander with stalks.
  10. 1 tbsp cumin seeds dry toasted.
  11. Red chillies sliced for garnish.
  12. Chopped coriander leaves 
Method:
  1. Take a bowl and mix the lime juice,green chillies, coriander, garlic,lime leaves or zest, fish sause, cumin and coconut cream. 
  2. Then rub this paste over the chicken legs and put with banana leaves/foilling paper and wrap tightly.
  3. A pot take and insert a steamer and fill half with water and boil a high heat.
  4. The chicken parcel put in the steamer without touch of water and watch the water about steamer. chicken legs remove and garnish with red chili flackes, chopped coriander leves and serve with rice/chapati.
