Chicken Chap

We all know Chicken Chap is very popular bengali mughlai dish. It is very traditional recipy. Serve it Biriyani, nan, romali roti. etc. I share my easy recipy. Try it in your home.

Ingredients:

1.     4 Chicken legs
2.     Onion paste ( big 3)
3.     Ginger - garlic paste (3 tbsp)
4.     Finely chopped tomato (big 1)
5.     Milk (1 cup)
6.     yogurt (1 cup)
7.     Thai green chilli (3)
8.     Red chilli powder (tbsp)
9.     Kasu paste (2 tbsp)
10. Ajinimoto paste (2 tbsp)
11. Garam masala powder (1 tbsp)
12. Black paper powder(1/2 tbsp)
13. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
14. Rose water (1 tbsp)
15. Kawra esence (1 tbsp)
16. Carway seeds
17. Colvs
18. Cardamom
19. Bay leaf
20. Oil
21. Ghee ( 2 tbsp)
22. Salt

Method:

1.     The chicken leg pices marinate with ginger garlic paste and salt after 2 hour.
2.     Take a large pan and fry the chicken golden colour.
3.     Hit the pan and add ghee.
4.     When the ghee hit put caraway seeds,bay leaf,cardamom, colvs, green chilli.
5.     Then add the onion paste sotte light brown then place ginger - garlic paste and tomato and also sotte.
6.     Add chilli, termaric, salt and mix properly.
7.     When the grevy thik the kasu, agino moto paste and yogurt add. 
8.     Add some water and the fry chicken and lower the flame.
9.     When the chicken boiled add the milk and cover the pan.
10. Finally place kewda essence, rose water and garam masala.

Amritsari Chicken Makhni


Amritsari Chicken Makhni


Amritsari Chicken Makhni is a unique punjabi recipy. The teste of butter and fresh cream make this item very tasty. I don't use any artificial colour. Try my simple recipy.

Ingredients:
  1. Small cut boneless chicken (500  grm)
  2. Onion paste
  3. Ginger - Garlic paste (2:2 tbsp)
  4. Finely chopped ginger (1 tbsp)
  5. Tomato paste
  6. Finely chopped chilli
  7. Lemon juice
  8. Coriander powder
  9. Cumin powder
  10. Garam masala powder.
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Sour Curd
  13. Viniger
  14. Fresh cream
  15. Butter
  16. Suger
  17. Chopped coriander leaves
  18. Salt
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken, Onion paste, ginger - garlic paste,Tomato paste, Lemon juice, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder, Sour Curd, Viniger for 2 hours.
  2. Hit the butter and fry the marinate chicken.
  3. Next take a pan and hit slight butterr or add chopped ginger, chilli, coriander powder,cumin powder.
  4. Place the chicken and fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves and garam nasala. and seem the oven after 10 minutes. 
  5. When you garnish bestrew some coriander leaves and cream.

Chicken Kima Chapati

Chicken Kima Chapati

Chicken Kima Chapati is the wonderfull concept. If you bore to ate daily normal chapati, try it. The chicken  kima and masala make this chapati so tasty.

Ingredeants:
  1. Maida  (6 cup)
  2. Chicken kima (200 grm)
  3. Onion paste (2 tbsp)
  4. Ginger  - garlic paste. (1 tbsp)
  5. Chilli paste (1/2 tbsp)
  6. Pudina leaves paste (1 tbsp)
  7. Amchoor powder ( 1/2 tbsp)
  8. Roasted coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Oil
  10. Salt
Method:
  1. Take a bowl add maida, salt, oil, roasted coriander powder, amchoor powder and mix properly.
  2. Add some warm water and dough. stay after 1 hour.
  3. Hit the pan and and put some oil and place the onion paste, ginger - garlic paste, chilli paste, pudina leaves paste and sotte.
  4. Add the chicken kima and salt and also fry.
  5. Take a dough and make a midiam size ball.
  6. Round the ball and whole the middle. Next pour the slight kima.
  7. Cover the face of dough properly and round the ball. Then make a chapati.
  8. Hit a nonstic fry pan and put some oil. Place the chapati and fry both side properly.
  9.  Serve hot some green chatni or sauce. Serve also any gravy item.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala is a delicious item. The smoky, grilled, creamy teste make it so authentic. 

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless chicken (1 kg)
  2. Onion Paste ( big 6)
  3. Ginger - garlic paste (3 tbsp)
  4. Tomato Paste ( 3 tbsp)
  5. Peppercorns (8)
  6. Cardamom ( 5)
  7. Coriander leaves paste ( 4 tbsp)
  8. Chopped coriander leaves (slight for gurnishing)
  9. Curd ( 100 grm)
  10. Fresh cream ( 1 cup)
  11. Red Chilli paste ( 3 tbsp)
  12. Kasu/Almond paste ( 5 tbsp)
  13. Gram masala powder ( 1 tbsp)
  14. Termaric powder ( 1 tbsp)
  15. Lemon juice ( 3 tbsp)
  16. Oil
  17. Salt
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken with Onion Paste, Ginger - garlic paste, Tomato Paste, Coriander leaves paste, Red Chilli paste, Kasu/Almond paste, Gram masala powder, Termaric powder, Lemon juice and salt and keep it the refrigaretor at a whole night.
  2. Next day take a skewers and put the chicken.
  3.  The chicken grill on a griller. 
  4. Open the grilled chicken from the skewrs.
  5. Hit the oil and put onion, tomato, ginger - garlic paste, peppercorns or cardamoms and sotte .
  6. Put the salt, casu/almond paste and curd.
  7. When the grevy slight thik add the grilled chicken and coocked sometime.
  8. Turn off flame and add fresh cream
  9. Garnish some chopped coriander leaves.

Coconut Mango Chicken
Coconut mango chicken is the most easyest recipy in our kitchen. Coocking time aprox 20 minutes. Marination time 2 hour. Try so easyest and spicy item.

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken small cut (1 kg)
  2. Greted coconut ( 2 cup)
  3. Green mango paste (4 tbsp) 
  4. Chilli paste (1 tbsp)
  5. Ginger garlic paste (2 tbsp)
  6. Coriander and pudina paste ( 2:2 tbsp)
  7. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  8. Coriander powder ( 1 tbsp)
  9. Chat masala powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Black paper powder (1 tbsp)
  11. Red dry chili (1 pice)
  12. Musterd seeds ( 1/2 tbsp)
  13. Oil
  14. Salt
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken with greted coconut, green mango paste, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander and pudina paste, termaric powder, black paper powder, coriander powder and salt.
  2. After 2 hour hit the oil and put the mustered seeds and red chilli  and sotte few seconds.
  3.  Add The marinated Chicken and mix.
  4. Cover your pan slight water and within 20 minutes and serve it hot.
  5. Garnish with some coriander leaves.

Chicken Mughlai is a very authentic, delicious and rich item. It is a ocational food. But try the royal recipy in your home in a easy step.

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless Chicken (without skin 1 kg)
  2. Onion (big 3), garlic, ginger (2 tbsp) Chili (1 tbsp) paste
  3. Termaric powder ( 1 tbsp)
  4. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  5. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  6. Lime juice (1/2 cup)
  7. Kashmiri chili powder (1 tbsp)
  8. Garam masala powder  (1 tbsp)
  9. Cinnamon stick (1 )
  10. Cardamom (3)
  11. Kasu and almond (skinless) paste (2 tbsp)
  12. Chicken stock (2 cup)
  13. Fresh cream (4 tbsp)
  14. Ghee (4 tbsp)
  15. Greted almonds 
  16. Salt
Method:
  1. Take a pan and hit the 4 tbsp ghee and put the cinnamon stick and cardamom.
  2. Fry the onion slight brown in this ghee. 
  3. Place the ginger- garlic paste, chilli paste and slight sotte.
  4. Add termaric, coriander,cumin and kashmiri chili powder and mix well.
  5. Fry the chicken with in this mixture.  
  6. Add stock and salt and the chicken coocked.. 
  7. Add kasu, almond paste and fresh cream. and coocked sometime.
  8. Turn off the oven and put garam masala.
  9. Cover the pan and serve after few minutes
  10. Garnish some greted almonds.

We all know green mongdal is very healthy. I add chicken kima with moong dal. The making of whole recipy is very quick and the teste is authentic.

Ingridients:

  1. Chicken kima (250)
  2. Green moong dal (500)
  3. Chopped Onion (big 2) 
  4. Greted ginger ( 2 tbsp)
  5. Chopped Garlic (1 bsp)
  6. Chopped Chilli ( 2 tbsp)
  7. Chopped tomato. (big 1)
  8. Casuri methi ( 2 tbsp)
  9. Chopped coriander leaves
  10. Cumin seeds (1 tbsp)
  11. Cassia Leaf 
  12. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  13. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  14. Cumin powder (2 tbsp)
  15. Tadrka masala powder ( 4 tbsp)
  16. Black paper powder( 1 tbsp)
  17. Gram masala powder (1 tbsp)
  18. Oil 
  19. Salt
Method:
  1. Boiled the moong dal in a coocker in a salt..
  2. Hit the pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Place the chicken kima or salt and sotte 5 minute. Outside the chicken kima into the pan.
  3. Add 2 tbsp oil and put cassia leafs, cumin seeds ,chopped chilli and sotte slightly.
  4. Add chopped onion and coock golden brown. 
  5. Add chopped tomato, greted ginger, chopped garlic and also sotte few minute.
  6. Place the termaric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tadrka masala powder, black paper powder, and slight water and mix them properly.
  7. After 1 minute boiling place the boiled mong dal chicken kima, chopped coriander, kasuri methi, gram masala and cover the pan.
  8.  5 minutes latter open the pan.
  9. Garnish some chopped coriander leaves.

Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice is a very delicious Item. It is a compleate meal. The Whole prosses of making is very easy. I share it step by step.


Ingridients:


  1. Basmoti rice (250 gr.)
  2. Boneless chicken cut into small pices ( 250 gr.)
  3. Eggs (2)
  4. Chopped onions (big 2)
  5. Chopped green onions ( 2 cup)
  6. Sliced carrots (big 2)
  7. Sliced capcicums (Big 1)
  8. Peas (200 gr)
  9. Greted gingers (2 tbsp)
  10. Finely chopped garlics (1 tbsp)
  11. Vegetable oil. (5 tbsp)
  12. Soy sauce ( 1 tbsp)
  13. Black paper powder( 1 tbsp)
  14. Lime juice ( 4 tbsp)
  15. Ghee (2 tbsp)
  16. Cardamom (5 pices)
  17. Cinnamon (3 pices)
  18. Coles (5 pices)
  19. Cassia Leaf (5 pices)
  20. Salt
Method:
  1. Boiled the rice ( not over coock) with salt. When It was cooled take 1 tbsp ghee in your hand and mix the rice properly.
  2. Hit a big nonstick pan. Add 2 tbsp oil. 
  3. Place chicken pice and some salt and sotte golden brown. Outside the chicken into the pan.
  4. Next add also 2 tbsp oil into the pan and put chopped onion golden brown.
  5. Add sliced carrots, capcicums, chopped green onions, peas and sotte with some salt and black paper powder.
  6. Broke the egg and mix some salt. 
  7. When the vegetables was soft outside it and add 1 tbsp oil or place the egg and chopped.
  8. When it is coocked, add the fried chicken and vegetables and mix them well.
  9. Outside the whole mixture.
  10. Place 1 tbsp ghee in your pan and put caramom, cinnamon, coles, cassia leaf and slight sotte.
  11. Add the boiled rice and whole mixture and mix them very well.
  12. Serve it hot.

  1. Chicken Breast/leg pice (4 )
  2. Onion Paste (4 tbsp)
  3. Ginger, gaelic paste (2 tbsp)
  4. Pudina and coriander leaves paste (1:1 tbsp)
  5. Tomato paste (1 tbsp)
  6. Curd 4 (tbsp)
  7. Lime juice 2 tbsp)
  8. Red chilli paste (1 tbsp)
  9. Cinemon 
  10. Peppecorns
  11. Green and brown coriander
  12. Cumin seeds
  13. Colves,
  14. Bay leaf.
  15. Chat masala powder( 1 tbsp)
  16. Black Paper powder (1 tbsp)
  17. Cumin powder (1/2tbsp)
  18. Termaric powder
  19. Salt
  20. Oil ( 2 tbsp)
Method:
  1. Hit the pan and rost the Green- brown pepricorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinamon, colves, peppercorns, bay leaves and griend in a mixer.
  2. Take a bowl and place the chicken, onion, ginger- garlic paste, pudina, coriander, tomato, chilli, chatmasala, black paper powder, cumin powder, Termaric powder, curd, salt, lime juice and oil and mix properly and marinate at 1 hour.
  3. Grill the chicken on a griller. You also coock it on a tandoor.
  4. Serve it green chatni /tomato sauce or onion ring.

Ingridients:

  1. Boneless Chicken (250)
  2. Potato ( midium 8)
  3. Onion paste (big 2)
  4. Capcicum paste ( big 1)
  5. Tomato puri (1 tbsp)
  6. Ginger, garlic paste (4 tbsp)
  7. Coriander leaves paste (2 tbsp)
  8. Chopped Pudina paste (1 tbsp)
  9. Chopped Coriander leaves
  10. Kasu Paste 4 tbsp)
  11. Aginomoto paste ( 2 tbsp)
  12. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  13. Coriander powder. (1 tbsp)
  14. Chat Masala powder(1/2 tbsp)
  15. Amchoor paoder (1/2 tbsp)
  16. Blackpaper powder (1 tbsp)
  17. Rosted garam masala (1 tbsp)
  18. Sugar ( 2 bsp)
  19. Corn flower (3 tbsp)
  20. Oil
  21. Salt
Method:

  1. Clean the skin properly the potatos and wash properly.
  2. Take a spoon and hole under of the potatos.
  3. Small cut the chicken  and paste in the mixer.
  4. The paste open in a bowl and mix with onion (4 tbsp), ginger, garlic (2 tbsp) coriander and pudina leaves paste,chatmasala,blackpaper and salt properly.
  5. Pore the mixture into the potato and cover the end tightly with slight corn flower dough.(Take some corn flower and some water and dough tightly.)
  6. High hit the oil and deep fry the potato golden brown.
  7. Take a another pan and put some oil. Place onion,ginger- garlic, capcicum paste and sotte.
  8.  Add tomato puri and kasu, ajinimoto paste and mix them into low flame.
  9.  Add Termaric powder,coriander powder, amchoor powder, salt and some water.
  10. Place the fry potato, sugar, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves and cover the pan after 15 minutes.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Chicken Roll

Chicken roll is very popular fastfood item. If you don't choice to go at hotel you try my recipy in your home. It is so easy to prepare. 

Ingredients:

  1. Choppped the boneless chicken finely (200)
  2. Maida (2 cup)
  3. Chopped onion (big 1)
  4. Chopped capcicum (big 1)
  5. Chopped cabbage (1 cup)
  6. Ginger, gerlic paste (1 tbsp)
  7. Red chili powder (1/2 tbsp)
  8. Amchoor powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Black paper powder
  11. Oil
  12. Salt
  13. sugar
Meyhod:

  1. Take a maida add some oil, sugar and salt and mix them properly.
  2. Add Slight warm water or make smooth dough and cover it the moist cloths after 10 minute.
  3. Hit the oil and add chopped onion golden brown.
  4. Next add chopped cabbage, capcicum and sotte this in a few minutes.
  5. Add ginger, garlic paste, amchoor powder, coriander powder, black paper powder.
  6. Add chicken and cook after 5 minute.
  7. Add some water and cover the pan after 10 minutes.
  8. When the stuffuing is ready make some dough ball and make a big chappati.
  9. Take a tawa and add some oil. placed a chappati on the tawa and cook both side light brown.
  10. Add the stuffing on the chapati and make a roll.
  11. Serve hot with sauce.


   

Coriander Chicken

In this vecation I try something new item. This is very easy and more testefull item.Try coriander chicken recipy in your home.

Ingredients:

  1. Cut boneless chicken small pices (1 kg)
  2. Ginger, garlic paste ( 5 tbsp)
  3. Green chili (cut into middle - 8)
  4. Coriander powder (250 gr.)
  5. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  6. Kasurimethi (1 tbsp)
  7. Chopped Capcicum ( big 1)
  8. Chopped tomato ( big 3)
  9. Chopped coriander leaves 
  10. Oil 
  11. Salt
Method:

  1. Slight boil the chicken with salt and termaric powder.
  2. Remove the stock and store it in a bowl.
  3. Hit the oil and add kasurimethi and green chili.
  4. Next add Chopped capcicum, tomato and sotte properly.
  5. Add ginger. gerlic paste.
  6. Add coriander powder and mix them after 5 minuties.( Use slight stock if the mixer tight)
  7. Add  the boiled chicken and also mix them very properly.
  8. Add some water and Chopped coriander and cover the pan after 10 minutes
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Chicken momo is the most popular dish all of us. If you try it at your home? I share my recipy. 

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped Boneless chicken . (300 gr.)
  2. Maida. (5 cup)
  3. Chopped onion (1 cup),ginger, gerlic (1 tbsp), cabbage (1 cup), capcicum (1 cup)and chilly (2tbsp) for stuffing. 
  4. Amchoor powder. (1/2 tbsp)
  5. Coriander leaves paste. (2 tbsp)
  6. Chilli Sauce
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

Method:

  1. Slightly boil the chicken with salt.
  2. Take a maida and add oil or salt in a bowl and dough it.
  3. Rest the maida near about 1 hour.
  4. Hit a pan and sotte the chopped all vegetable light brown.
  5. Add boiled chicken and also sotte both properly.
  6. Roll the dough and make small puri.
  7. Pore the stuffing into the dough and peste the edge very properly.
  8. Take it into a stemar near about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve it hot with chili Sauce.

When I try to make verious recipy I think to make some soup item. Try this 20 minutes recipy.

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless Chicken Cut small pice. (258g)
  2. Carrot, Bins, mashroom, onion, baby corn, red capcicum, tomato,coriander leaves ( you also add any veg as your choice)  cut small pices.
  3. Greted ginger,garlic.(1 tbsp)
  4. Fresh cream. (2 tbsp)
  5. Custerd milk. 1 cup)
  6. Termaric powder. (1 tbsp)
  7. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  8. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Elachi powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Blackpaper powder (1 tbsp)
  11. Salt
  12. Vegitable oil
Method:
  1. Take a nonstic pan and heat some oil and sotte all vegetable pices.
  2. Next add chicken, greted ginger, garlic paste and also sotte.
  3. Add termaric, cumin, coriander elachi, blackpaper powder and add salt.
  4. Add some water and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Open the pan and add milkmade and also cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  6. Off your oven and garnish with fresh cream.

Chicken Samosa

We all know that samosa are most popular snacks.Chicken samosa most yammi snacks for your tea time.

When you think to organised a tea party are you not add some snacks item? I think this recipy prefer your friends or reletives. Try and watch. (Serve 6 people)

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Potato (big 2)
  2. Maida (2 cup)
  3. Chopped boneless chicken
  4. Finely chopped onion (1)
  5. Greted ginger (1/2 tbsp)
  6. Oil
  7. Green chili peste (1/2 tbsp)
  8. Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  9. Rosted coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Cumin powder (1 tbsp)
  11. Garam masala (1 tbsp)
  12. Chopped Coriander leaves ( 3 tbsp)
  13. Ghee
  14. Ajwain
  15. salt
Method:
  1. Slight boiled the chicken with salt.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the maida with salt, ghee, ajwain.
  3. Add slight boiled water to make a dough and rest 10 /15 minutes.
  4. When the maida rest take a another bowl and smash the boiled potato and add chopped onion, greted ginger, lemon juice, chili paste, cumin and coriander powder, garammasala, chopped coriander leaves, boiled chicken and smash them properly.Stuffing is ready.
  5. Devide the dough and shape into a ball.
  6. Take a rollar and make a puri. 
  7. Take a Knife and devided the puri at the center.
  8. Half puri fold in the triangle shape and pore the stuffing.
  9. Take a some water with your hands and seal the puri edges.
  10. High hit the oil and deep fry the samosa golden brown.
  11. Serve with tomato sauce and coriander leaves.

Hi friends! I am very sorry for the interval. I am very enjoy this Durga puja. I try very new recipy for you. but now I post my yammi healthi recipy.

Ingredients :


  1. Chicken (1 kg)
  2. Soya corn paste (4 tbsp)
  3. Onion paste( 5 big tbsp)
  4. Onion sliced ( 1)
  5. Ginger, Garlic paste (3/3 tbsp)
  6. Tomato sliced (big 2)
  7. Chili paste ( 2 tbsp)
  8. Termaric powder (1 tbsp)
  9. Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  10. Salt 
  11. Chopped coriander leaves ( 5 tbsp )
  12. Oil ( 3 tbsp)
  13. Rosted grammasala (1 tbsp)
Method:

  1. Soak the soya seeds/corn overnight.
  2. Paste the soya corn in your mixer.
  3. Take a nonstick pan and heat the oil.
  4. Fry the sliced onion crispy brown and take this another plate.
  5. Then add this oil onion, ginger, garlic paste.
  6. Add chopped tomato and chili paste.
  7. then add termaric powder and coriander powder.
  8. Add Soya paste and mix them properly.
  9. Then add chicken and coock 5 / 7 minute with low flame.
  10. Add water slightly and cover the pan within 10 minute.
  11. Open the pan and add chopped coriander leaves and garammasala and also covered the pan within 2 minute.
  12. Garnish with crispy onion and some chopped coriander leaves
