Chicken Tanduri
Chicken Tanduri is the most popular dish all of us. If you try to cock in your home? It is so easy. I share my easy step. Please try.

Ingridients:
  1. Chicken Breast/leg pice (4 )
  2. Onion Paste (4 tbsp)
  3. Ginger, gaelic paste (2 tbsp)
  4. Pudina and coriander leaves paste (1:1 tbsp)
  5. Tomato paste (1 tbsp)
  6. Curd 4 (tbsp)
  7. Lime juice 2 tbsp)
  8. Red chilli paste (1 tbsp)
  9. Cinemon 
  10. Peppecorns
  11. Green and brown coriander
  12. Cumin seeds
  13. Colves,
  14. Bay leaf.
  15. Chat masala powder( 1 tbsp)
  16. Black Paper powder (1 tbsp)
  17. Cumin powder (1/2tbsp)
  18. Termaric powder
  19. Salt
  20. Oil ( 2 tbsp)
Method:
  1. Hit the pan and rost the Green- brown pepricorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinamon, colves, peppercorns, bay leaves and griend in a mixer.
  2. Take a bowl and place the chicken, onion, ginger- garlic paste, pudina, coriander, tomato, chilli, chatmasala, black paper powder, cumin powder, Termaric powder, curd, salt, lime juice and oil and mix properly and marinate at 1 hour.
  3. Grill the chicken on a griller. You also coock it on a tandoor.
  4. Serve it green chatni /tomato sauce or onion ring.
