Meny recipe for chicken noodle soup as there are people who enjoy it. This is the most comon and comfort food in my life. When I am a student, my mother always made many kind of soup. But I Love this soup.It is a simple and beautiful and so yummy recipy. Chicken with rice noodles is a complete meal. Try this Japanis recipy.
Serve about 4 people
Ingredients:
- Sliced onion (1)
- Carrots (150 grams)
- Rice noodles (60 grams)
- Chicken stock (12 liter)
- Small cut 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Vegetable oil (4tbsp)
- Chopped garlic (3 colves)
- Salt and fresh black paper
- Lime juice
- Finely chopped 2 peppers
- Soya sauce (1tbsp)
- Chopped coriander leaves(3tbsp)
- Fish sauce (1tbsp)
- Small bean sprouts
- 4 Chopped fresh basil leaves
- High heat the oil in a large pot.
- Sote the sliced onion, pepper and chopped garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken stock and shredded carrots and slowly boil.
- Wait just a minutes then add the boneless chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Next add the rice noodles and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove the pot on the heat and mix the lime juice.
- Serve with bit of bean sprouts,basil leaves and coriender leaves.
